This is non-refundable and must be submitted with the application and photo ID. Orange Acres is a land-lease community.
This means that you own your manufactured home and lease the lot. Since we are a land-lease community there is a monthly lot rent that includes rental of the land, maintenance of the community, use of the amenities, etc. Yes, they usually increase each January. The Warrington Family has always strived to keep increases reasonable while still maintaining and improving our community.
Our lot rents are some of the lowest for comparable communities in the area! You may see them trimming trees or digging a ditch, helping with a sale or working in the office! They have a hands-on approach to ownership and operation of the community!
If I have a complaint, question, suggestion, or concern, do I have to call some faceless management company or corporate office somewhere? Many times, because of the longevity of our team members some items can be handled simply by contacting the office. The Orange Acres team has over years of service to our residents. We feel there is real value in having a Chaplain to serve our Team Members and Residents that goes beyond just regular business practices.
Our Chaplain provides emotional and spiritual support when life deals people difficult times- unexpected health issues, the death of a loved one, or just having someone to talk to about a problem or a feeling of emptiness. Our Chaplain may be able to help.
