Season 2 Episode 1, than the previous season. Many times I found myself struggling to chose an appropriate answer, struggling with how much humanity to give up in order to survive. As with the previous game, zombies are not your main foe; humans are. Who can you trust? Do you kill preemptively just in case? These are some of decisions players have to make throughout the game. Blood on the ground. Graphics are not demanding and will run on even low end devices.
Telltale Games has carved out an distinctive animation style. Season 2 looks, feels, and sounds exactly like the first season, which isn't a bad thing. The cartoon styling doesn't make The Walking Dead Season 2 any less brutal. You will see people die violent deaths and zombies will be killed in various ways. Sound design is great.
You'll want to wear headphones to get the best effect. The performances of every voice actor is outstanding. Each character is believable, which is a must for such a story-driven game.
Not a kid any more. The Walking Dead: Season 2 Episode 1 "All that remains" doesn't deviate from Telltale's winning formula. There are no new game mechanics like a new combat system. The game is very much based on exploration, dialogue, and story. Thankfully, the story is as compelling as ever and you feel attached to every character in the game. The story is not quite as good as season 1 BUT the choices are so much harder to make and so many things happen that you would never suspect don't want to say in case of spoiling the story. Overall this is the peak of TellTale games. Can't wait for the next installment hope they are just as good or Evan better than the previous ones.
Keep up the great work. I previously purchased all the walking dead season one episodes and and the current season two episodes besides episode 4 right? Now my iPod was having problems so I went to fix it and they deleted everything which was understandable. I downloaded the walking dead games again. I knew i would have to download the episodes again but I found that I have to also purchase them ALL again?
Is that right? Please fix this or reply somehow. This is a great game. I loved season 1 and was anticipating this very much. Episode 1 was great getting to play as Clem for the first time. But episode 2 was outstanding the best telltale has ever done. The gameplay was great the choices were tough from choosing which table to sit at for dinner to deciding wether to shoot a man or not.
Overall a great game. Clementine regroups with Kenny, but Jane then arrives without AJ. As an enraged Kenny fights Jane, Clementine must decide whether to shoot Kenny or allow him to stab and kill Jane. If Clementine kills Kenny, she then learns that Jane hid AJ in a nearby car and faked his death to manipulate Clementine into believing Kenny was unstable.. Thereafter, Clementine can either forgive Jane and return to Howe's with her or refuse and set off alone with AJ.
If Clementine instead allows Kenny to kill Jane, she then has the option of either killing or abandoning Kenny and leaving with AJ or forgiving Kenny and staying with him. If they stay together the two eventually find Wellington as they travel north, but the community's overpopulation forces Clementine to decide whether to enter with AJ and leave Kenny behind or remain with him and leave Wellington.
When Telltale Games acquired the right to make video games based on The Walking Dead comics , they signed a contract for a "multi-year, multi-platform, multi-title" license. There's not much to say because it really is very early We may have a little something extra for you between season one and two".
Whitta continued to tease that something is in the works right now "that will make the wait for season two slightly less agonizing". It introduces five new characters that journalists expect to carry into Season Two. Writing for Season Two was done to contrast the work they had completed in the first season.
At the start of the writing cycle for the second season, they had debated who their primary character would be including introducing new group of survivors that they could use to flesh out the backstories of characters from the first season, or with a new "protector" for Clementine. Instead of the player, as Lee, looking to help Clementine and others, the player as Clementine would now have to determine who to trust to help her.
They also emphasize this new perspective by using several camera angles from a low perspective, to emphasize that Clementine is a child compared to others she meets. To resolve this they created the first scenario of the game that would separate her from the familiar characters and to make it feel a result of the player's actions, so that the player would directly connect with Clementine's situation. The season was formally announced in late October The announcement showcased Clementine as the playable character for the game, set sometime after the events of the first series.
Telltale's CEO Dan Conners stated that this will put "players in the shoes of a lead role that will challenge their expectations of how to survive in a world where no one can be trusted".
